This form allows faculty, staff, and/or students to submit information about an upcoming campus event to be advertised to students (at the discretion of Student Affairs and University Relations) through digital signage, bathroom newsletter, weekly student email, the campus website, press releases, and social media.
Please note the following:
- If you have a flyer for your program, please submit no more than seven copies to room 214 for approval. The Office of Student Affairs will ensure that these flyers are posted in appropriate areas.
- Advertising for students to register for specific courses, and/or videos will not be advertised on digital signage.
