Penn State and community college join forces for combined scholarship fund

Penn State Lehigh Valley (PSU-LV) and Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) are forging a new innovative partnership that will benefit students who want to attend college, but have limited means to afford it. The Collective Impact Scholarship Fund will be used to provide last dollar support to students who graduate from one of the high schools in the Lehigh Valley, and go on to attend LCCC or PSU-LV for their college education

Penn State Lehigh Valley's annual Student Art Exhibition to begin June 26

The Ronald K. De Long Gallery and the Community Gallery at Penn State Lehigh Valley will present the work of nearly 100 local students who studied studio art during the fall 2016 and spring 2017 semesters in its Student Art Exhibition, set for June 26 to Aug. 10. The annual exhibition highlights excellent student work created in visual studies courses at Penn State Lehigh Valley.

Penn State Lehigh Valley awarded associate and bachelor's degrees to more than 100 students on May 6. The annual commencement ceremony was held at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
