Penn State Lehigh Valley offers a supervisor development program that provides the knowledge and skills needed to lead today's employees effectively. The complete certificate program consists of four twelve-hour courses for a total of sixteen half-day modules. The courses are competency-based and geared for immediate application in the workplace.
