AI-First Reverse Bloom’s Taxonomy (AI-RBT), a new pedagogy in the research stage flips traditional learning on its head by using generative AI as a powerful scaffold and puts students in the driver’s seat reversing Bloom’s Taxonomy to help students and faculty gain AI literacy.  

In this interactive hands-on workshop, you’ll:

      course.   

✅ Transform one of your own writing assignments in real time   

✅ Walk away with a ready-to-use, scaffolded version of an existing assignment you can deploy

Dr. Stephanie C. Gresh is a dynamic Professor of Business at Penn State University’s Lehigh Valley campus, where she inspires students, academic leaders, and entrepreneurs to excel in an AI-driven world. With over a decade of higher education and leadership experience, she seamlessly blends innovation with human-centered teaching. 

Her pioneering work embedding generative AI in the classroom earned her the 2024 Penn State TLT Faculty Engagement Award. Through her “AI Basics for All” workshop, she makes complex tools practical and accessible for non-technical learners. A 2024 MIT No-Code AI and Machine Learning certification further strengthens her expertise. 

 Author of The Soft Side of Industry 4.0: Finding Success in the Digital Landscape, Stephanie champions essential human skills in the digital age. She presents at global conferences and delivers transformative workshops that fuse academic depth with real-world impact.
