all garbage must be placed in containers; plastic bags alone are not allowed.
Accumulating trash can result in fines.
Confirm with your landlord who arranges trash collection and where to place bins.
Recycling is mandatory and collected every other week. Your landlord should provide bins and pickup schedules.

Electricity - Ask your landlord which provider services your address and who pays the bill or how it is divided up between tenants.
Internet/Phone - Check if your apartment already has a provider; if not, you’ll need to sign up with one.
Cable/Satellite TV - Many companies operate locally, ask landlord or previous tenants. (Service Electric Cable TV and SE Stream or AT&T Internet Air.)
Heating/Natural Gas - Confirm how your home is heated.
