Kellie Provost-Brown

Kellie has 16 years of professional experience. She earned her BA from Penn State’s College of the Liberal Arts at University Park. Kellie began her career in Human Resources at CONMEC in Bethlehem, where she worked for 11 years. During her tenure, she supported the engineering and machinery business with talent acquisition and various HR generalist duties. She also led the HR integration following the company’s acquisition by General Electric. Kellie then transitioned into higher education, joining Muhlenberg College as the Assistant Director and eventually the Director of the Career Center. She earned her MBA from DeSales University.
