Cultivating mindfulness, acceptance, purpose, skill mastery, and positive relationships, or “Eudaimonia” is a state of well-being, very different from the feeling of pleasure deemed as “happiness.” Artists Michelle and Sasha, who live with a disability, have connected to this positive and divine state of being, authenticity, meaning, virtue and growth through their art practice, inspiring their own state of eudaimonia, as well as to that of others who hear their story.
