The mission of the Finance and Business Services Office is to assist the needs of the campus and to provide a variety of services to our staff, faculty, and students including the following:

  • Monitoring and oversight of annual budget process
  • Assistance in paying your Penn State bill (cash, check, cashier’s check, money order)
  • Help with  I-9 onboarding for staff and student workers.
  • Serving as a resource for campus policies on vehicles, contracts, event rentals, etc.
  • Ensuring the campus building, property, and office spaces are safe and properly maintained
  • Serving as a liaison when working with the Office of the Corporate Controller (Risk Management)
  • Assistance with SAP Concur employee reimbursements
  • Overseeing the use of University credit cards (P-Cards)
  • Assistance with SIMBA processes including or such as JE, PO, non-PO, outgoing invoices 
  • Coordinating Event reservations
