Expert Database Request Form

Faculty members should complete this form to be added to the Penn State Lehigh Valley expert database as well as to the University Park expert database. All form submissions will go to University Relations, and then information will be submitted on your behalf to the media relations team at University Park.

As a prerequisite, all experts from the Penn State faculty and/or staff listed as resources for media must agree to return media calls and to comment on breaking news or stories in their areas or expertise, or to decline in a timely manner.
