Biography
Dr. Kristy Hove has worked in higher education for more than twenty years, with expertise spanning enrollment management, institutional research, and strategic planning.
She currently serves as Penn State Lehigh Valley’s Director of Enrollment Management & Campus Strategy, where she leads a team of admissions counselors and financial aid professionals in advancing recruitment, retention, and student success. In this role, she partners closely with campus leadership to design and implement data-informed strategies that support institutional growth, long-term planning, and student-centered practices in higher education.
Previously, Hove held the position of campus Director of Planning & Analysis, where she guided key initiatives in assessment, survey design, and institutional effectiveness. She also brings several years of prior experience working in Penn State Continuing Education, including skills in project management, grant writing, and community partnership-building. Prior to Penn State, she worked as a Teaching Assistant for Lehigh University and a Program Coordinator for the Girls’ Club of Allentown.
Dr. Hove’s doctoral research explores college selection and the evolving role of student consumerism in the post-pandemic higher education landscape, contributing insights into how institutions can better serve a changing student population.
