CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn State Lehigh Valley will begin offering its spring 2020 project management certification course in January.
This course is designed to prepare local professionals for the Project Management Professional exam.
Project Management Professional Certificate, which begins Jan. 23, 2020, consists of four course modules. Each one covers the terminology, concepts and calculations used by the Project Management Institute. All four courses are approved by the Project Management Institute for continuing education credits. Module 1 costs $800 and includes all course materials. Modules 2, 3 and 4 cost $650.
“A career in project management offers a variety of jobs across industries with excellent compensation,” said Cindy Evans, education program associate at Penn State Lehigh Valley. “It has incredible growth potential as well with 22 million new project management jobs predicted in the next decade.”
Classes will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on consecutive Thursdays at the Lehigh Valley campus located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road in Center Valley. For more information, visit the project management course information website.
