Penn State Lehigh Valley will begin its spring professional development offering of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Learning System on March 7, 2020. This course is designed to prepare local professionals to successfully pass the certification exam in human resources.
The SHRM Learning System is offered for human resource professionals who wish to learn more about human resource practice, or to certify for the SHRM CP (Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional).
“SHRM certifications can build and strengthen people’s real-world value for themselves, their organizations and their futures. In fact, 68% of SHRM-certified professionals report that their credential was a key factor in receiving a promotion.”
-- Cindy Evans, education program associate at Penn State Lehigh Valley
