Penn State Lehigh Valley offers a variety of programs for in-demand health care occupations including practical nursing.
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn State Lehigh Valley will hold an information session for its Practical Nursing Program from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on March 4. The program’s next cohort begins August 2019. The information session will be held at the Overlook Park campus, located at 445 Hanover Avenue in Allentown.
Tours of the classroom and lab will be given, along with information on the program and the application process.
The practical nursing certificate program is an 18-month evening and weekend certificate program, which prepares students both academically and clinically for the NCLEX-PN licensure exam.
