Because of state support, Penn State’s in-state tuition savings impact 45,000 students annually, making higher education possible for many Pennsylvanians. “In-state tuition is helping so many families all across Pennsylvania,” said Penn State Lehigh Valley student Kriday Sharma.
Penn State is a multicampus university with 20 undergraduate campus locations throughout the status of Pennsylvania. All Penn State campuses offer four-year and two-year degree programs.
As a first-year student, you may choose from among 20 Penn State campuses to start your education. Many students (about 60 percent in a typical year) spend their first two years at one
campus, then transition to another campus to finish their degree. We call it the 2+2 plan.
Penn State knows that access to higher education and the ability to pay for tuition are two of the biggest factors that determine whether a high school student will earn a college degree and will graduate on time.
