The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts will be displaying the works of visual art majors from August 29-October 13, 2018. The reception will be held on Thursday, September 6 from 5-7 p.m.
Mike Gallis, an associate professor of physics at Penn State Schuylkill, assists elementary and middle school students as they explore virtual reality at Kid's College, a five-day summer technology camp. Gallis has been exploring VR for a new course that will be taught this fall.
Sean Doherty, Penn State Lehigh Valley IST student, completed an internship this summer as a business analyst intern at St. Lukes University Health Network. Doherty was able to improve his skills in research, project management, finance and strategy, and more.
Last week, hundreds of youth students came to Penn State Lehigh Valley to participate in summer camps. Camp offerings included writing, visual arts, LEGO engineering, math, biology, computer programming, and video production.
