Male faculty, staff, alumni and students wore 4-inch red heels for a symbolic walk around campus to take a stand against sexual violence in 2015. This year's Walk a Mile march will take place on Monday, April 24.
In addition to marching in the Blue Band as a trombone player, 1967 graduate Bill Trach spent time volunteering with friends at Faith United Church of Christ on College Avenue while earning an engineering degree. Along with Lutz and other Penn Staters, Trach will be one of hundreds of graduates to return to University Park this summer.
Alumnus Charles Lutz (front row, far right) served in the Army ROTC during his time at Penn State, and he'll be one of many graduates who return for the Alumni Association's Alumni Reunion Weekend in early June. The event honors the 50-year anniversary of the Class of 1967 while welcoming graduates back to campus.
