Bill Spence, chairman, president and chief executive officer of PPL Corporation, will be the featured speaker at Penn State Lehigh Valley’s 2019 commencement ceremony to be held May 4 at 10:30 a.m. at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
