The relationship between immigration policy and food policy was the focus of a series of talks given by Jennifer Parker, an associate professor of sociology at Penn State Lehigh Valley, during a recent lectureship at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, in the Department of Political Science and the Department of Strategic Communication.
