Penn State Lehigh Valley will begin offering its spring 2020 project management certification courses in January. This course is designed to prepare local professionals for the Project Management Professional exam.
Students from local high schools visited with the admissions and financial aid table at the Unplug and Engage for your Future event held Nov. 22 at the Lehigh Valley campus.
The Penn State Lehigh Valley Office of Student Life held its annual Thanksgiving food drive for residents of the Sixth Street Shelter in Allentown. The campus community gathered on Nov. 21 to pack and distribute food to provide a Thanksgiving meal to 48 families living at the shelter. This community service project is a collaborative effort between students, faculty and staff, and has been a tradition for several years. New this year was Penn State Lehigh Valley sustainable bags that the food was packaged in and then donated to the families for their use.
The Global Engagement and Leadership Experience from Nov. 1-3 included students from Penn State's Abington, Berks, Brandywine, Hazleton, Lehigh Valley, Schuylkill, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre campuses.
