Men's Basketball falls to Centenary University

The Penn State Lehigh Valley men's basketball dropped their season opener to Centenary University, 102-55, on Nov. 9 in Hackettstown. Lehigh Valley trailed 48-21 at halftime and the margin was similar in the second. Junior Hesro Johnson paced Lehigh Valley with a team-high 16 points and six rebounds. First-year Student Connor O'Brien chipped in with 12 points off the bench.

Women's Basketball drops two at Messiah College Tip-Off Tournament

The Penn State Lehigh Valley women’s basketball team tipped off in one of the top NCAA D3 tip-off tournaments in the country on Nov. 8 hosted by Messiah College. The Lehigh Valley Lions fell to No. 10 ranked Messiah College, 71-31, on Nov. 8. Senior Ebony Sanders led with 10 points and six rebounds. 

Lehigh Valley fell to The College of New Jersey in the consolation game on Nov. 9, 70-46. TCNJ fell to Christopher Newport on Nov. 8. Sophomore Kristin Curry paced Lehigh Valley with 9 points. Ebony Sanders led on the boards with 12.
