The Arts Project at Penn State Lehigh Valley has announced its fall 2017 session options, which will be held from Sept. 19 to Dec. 12 at the Lehigh Valley campus located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road in Center Valley.
Penn State alumni and friends are invited to a special evening on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Miller Symphony Hall in Allentown. The night, hosted by Penn State Lehigh Valley and the Penn State Lehigh Valley Alumni Society, begins at 6 p.m. with an exclusive VIP reception in the Rodale Room before the show, “The Music of James Bond & More,” which starts at 7:30 p.m. The Allentown Symphony Orchestra and guest soloist Rachel York will be performing music from five decades of James Bond films.
Senior Adults Gaining Enrichment (SAGE), has announced the schedule for its fall 2017 four-part lecture series. Topics include photography, workplace wisdom, healthcare and more.
A special VIP reception and event will be held September 23 at "The Music of James Bond & More" concert at Miller Symphony Hall to bring the Penn State community together and to support the Penn State Lehigh Valley Scholarship Fund.
Robert Medina, senior Information Sciences and Technology student at Penn State Lehigh Valley, interned recently at Fisher Clinical Services."The knowledge and skills I learned throughout my courses provided me a foundation for success during my internship," said Medina. "This experience allowed me to take away an understanding of real life daily issues that I can expect to confront in full-time Information Technology employment."
