Penn State Lehigh Valley's spring 2018 commencement speaker, Kassie Hilgert, took a nontraditional path while attending Penn State allowing her to work full time as she finished up her senior year. Now as president and CEO of ArtsQuest, it’s clear her choices set her up for success.
