First Summer:
Students enrolled in PaSSS will take the following two general education courses during their first summer.
CAS 100 Effective Speech
Introduction to speech communication: formal speaking, group discussion, analysis and evaluation of messages.

IST 144N: Invasion of Technology from a 21st Century Perspective
Introduction to the world of technology from a humanistic point of view. Students will embark on a journey starting in the early 20th century to explore technology, relationships between technology and society, and the varying theoretical and historical underpinnings about "human progress" in respect to these relationships.

Math Academy
The Math Academy helps prepare you for your first required math course in the upcoming fall semester. The Math Academy works with you at your current math level. Instructors will help students develop strategies for working in a self-paced environment with accompanying course materials.

Second Summer:
Students enrolled in their second summer in PaSSS will take 3-12 credits of courses of their choosing. Courses can be taken during any summer session and can be in-person or online.
